Auto Trader Publishing produces over 300 printed photo and classified publications throughout the country. Auto Mart® is the premier dealer-only photo guide in the markets in which it is distributed. Auto Mart distributes more than 2 million copies per week in 72 major markets. The publications are distributed in over 124,000 retail locations such as Wal-Mart, SuperValu, and Hollywood Video, to name a few. Auto Mart is dedicated to serving the automobile dealer and therefore exclusively features advertising from dealerships. Auto Mart integrates its print products with the leading dealer-only website Automart.com™. Automart.com features over 1.2 million vehicles. 1.3 million consumers visit the site each month. The combined monthly reach of Auto Mart photo guide with Automart.com exceeds 10 million active car shoppers.

AutoTrader.com is the Internet’s leading auto classifieds marketplace and consumer information Web site, which provides more than 2.8 million vehicle listings and attracts more than 11 million qualified buyers each month.

Healthcare & Prescription Drug
• The Cox Medical Plan OpenChoice PPO has two deductible options to choose from and is administered by Aetna. Your benefit is deducted pre-tax, and both you and Cox share responsibility for paying claims, with Cox paying the majority.
• You choose your own physicians and facilities, and you never need a referral to see a specialist.
• You pay 20% of the cost of eligible prescriptions, after you've met your deductible. Cox also offers a Mail-Order Drug program which offers additional savings.

Dental
2 coverage options:
1. The Schedule Dental Plan pays a fixed amount for covered services. If your dentist charges more than the schedule amount, you pay the difference.
2. The Comprehensive Plan pays from 80% to 100% of most covered services and offers an optional money-saving OpenChoice Dental PPO.

Employee Life/AD&PL
Cox offers optional employee, spouse and dependent life insurance coverage. When you buy life insurance coverage for yourself, you automatically receive the same amount in accidental death and personal loss (AD&PL) coverage for yourself as well as your dependents.


Savings Plus 401(k)
• Contribute from 1% to 25% of your eligible pay (subject to IRS limits) to invest in a variety of funds managed by The Vanguard Group.
• Your contributions are taken pre-tax and reduce the amount of income taxes you pay!
• For every dollar that you contribute, up to 6%, Cox will contribute an additional 50 cents, once you become eligible to receive the match.
• You're immediately 100% vested in the company match.

Pension
The Cox Pension Plan is designed to work with the Cox Savings Plus 401(k) Plan, Social Security and your personal savings to help you meet your financial needs during retirement.

• You have vested benefits rights after five years of vesting service. (A year of vesting service is any calendar year in which you work at least 1,000 hours and are at least 18 years of age.)
• Benefits are based on your years of benefit service, earnings & Social Security benefits.
