Our approach to placing quality people in quality jobs is easy to understand: Success is always the product of people working together.
From our perspective, that means three things. First, personal contact as soon as possible and regularly. You will spend less time on redundant paperwork, more telling us about you and getting to know us. Second, trust. We do not make promises we can not keep, send you anywhere unprepared or uncertain about a potential fit-- and we expect you to be equally forthright. That is how we do the best job for you and for companies that will value you. Last, a process you can participate in that works. It looks like this:
Understand the market. With many lifetimes of combined education and experience in accounting, finance and tax, strong professional and industry association relationships, as well as databases that keep us on top of sector and career trends, our professionals give you a realistic view of the market for your skills in the geographical areas and industries you target.
Set a strategy. Nothing takes the place of personal consultation. Together, we forthrightly evaluate your skills, experience and accomplishments, clarify your aspirations and preferences, and make sure your references and credentials stand up to scrutiny. Considering your profile in light of the market, we put our heads together to map out goals and a plan of action to keep you, and us, moving along on course.
Prepare. We do. From the moment you start a resume that puts your best foot forward to the moment you shake hands after productive interviews, our professionals are equipped to help you at every step. They do it while uncovering the best possibilities at great companies that meet your criteria. We expect that you will be as energetic as we are about getting you ready for opportunities.
